* Journalling session to set your intentions for the retreat

* Vinyasa yoga to awaken mind and body

* Guided mountain hike with nutritious packed lunch to enjoy in nature
* Sound bath for a deeply meditative and connective experience
* Dinner in the Chalet
* Restorative yoga and meditation to help you slip into a restful deep sleep
- Day 3
* Vinyasa Yoga to challenge both mind, body & work up a sweat
* Breakfast
* Short guided hike
* Light Lunch at the chalet
* Afternoon at the spa
* Traditional French meal in town
Day 4 - Departure
* Vinyasa yoga flow with the wonderful intention of joy, open hearts and reflection
* Breakfast
* Meditation to allow the space to embed your retreat journey
* journaling session to reflect
* Light farewell lunch
* Transfer back to the airport
