About Hannah Burrage
Hannah Burrage has been practising yoga for over 17 years. Throughout the various phases and journeys of her life, yoga has served as a constant source of strength and guidance. In 2015, she felt a deep desire to immerse herself further in this transformative practice, which led her to complete a six-month teacher training program with the British Wheel of Yoga. This experience was profoundly impactful, allowing her to explore the rich philosophy and practices of yoga in depth.
Although her career in child protection social work took priority for a time, her passion for yoga remained unwavering. In 2017, she travelled to India to complete a 200-hour teacher training in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Aerial, and Meditation. This life-changing experience eventually brought her to the mountains, where she now resides with her family.
Since settling there, Hannah has continued to develop her practice, teach yoga, and lead retreats—focusing primarily on Vinyasa and Hatha, her most beloved styles. Yoga has been a lifelong journey for her, and she is honoured to share this journey with others through her teaching and retreats.
